Snappy Ginger

Fresh, candied and powdered ginger team up for a sweet and spicy cookie.


Unbleached flour, butter, brown sugar, candied ginger(ginger, sugar), sugar, eggs, molasses, fresh & ground ginger, baking soda, salt.

Baking instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F

  2. Slice dough into 1”(2.5cm) chunks

  3. Cut each chunk into quarters and roll in sugar

  4. Place on greased baking sheet 3”(7.5cm) apart and bake 8-10 minutes
